They had announced their intent Feb 21st < http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=61177966 >.

In my experience they always give the impression they have sufficient funds and then out of nowhere they have an offering -- the reason some get discouraged with AEZS.

(Currently not in AEZS but may re-enter soon.)
