Asian stocks edge higher on growing hopes of China stimulus

This was the main reason why VALE and other mining stocks took a nose dive in the 1st place. Now that the wheels are in motion to mitigate the issue, VALE is gonna bounce right back up there in the $15-$16+ range IMO!
