The thing about large judgments is the amount settled for is often whittled down from the original sum. Yakima County taxpayers seem to be on the hook for the difference, which might increases the possibility of this happening. The whole process is also very slow and the county probably isn't done with the courts over this. My guess, is whatever amount payed out will likely be in installments and who knows when that will start.

In the meantime, The value of my shares I own in Radix is currently zero. That is my reality.

I'm still waiting for that to change.
