September 10th, 2014 - Mark this day.

According the press release issued March 10th, 2014, "Closing of the bond and funding for this plant (Tyler County Plant) is expected to occur within 180 days, subject to the timing of approvals and government commitments."

Let's hope there is concrete movement in the right direction by that time.

Just figured I'd highlight this since no one seemed to bring it up before.
