LMAO.....

It's months old and nothing has risen. It's a poor attempt to manipulate share price. The culprit of this highly questionable piece knows he's FOS. Your Link.....

Most of this is from 4 to 7 bucks and is way under water. As you can see the real short position started before the December run. 90% of the time the short is GS backed paper (air shares) and that is what prompted the visit to KNDI offices by them. GS promptly bought those shares to cover their losses.

Here.... Lat December run on KNDI PPS 7-12. This run happened on little or no news.

Dec 31, 2013 11.95 12.10 10.85 11.79 3,698,000 11.79
Dec 30, 2013 12.23 12.79 11.50 11.95 10,760,500 11.95
Dec 27, 2013 8.24 10.48 8.20 10.34 5,801,100 10.34
Dec 26, 2013 8.30 8.38 8.04 8.21 922,800 8.21
Dec 24, 2013 8.19 8.57 7.91 8.00 2,683,300 8.00
Dec 23, 2013 7.55 7.88 7.50 7.69 829,100 7.69

Now the fund that got the paper from GS is still on the hook, but now, GS can deliver those shares. Goldman would have never have bought those shares had there been any material problems with KNDI. In fact, GS went positive on KNDI shares.

These folks spewing KNDI slurs are Johnny-come-lately. Their timing and piece reveals how far back they are. Call it misdirected.
