I wouldn't call this "litigation". Looks more like dirtbag attorneys trolling for clients to bring a class action.

Worse case scenario is they bring a suit which ends up getting a settlement, then the lawyers walk away with big bucks and leave some peanut shells for the litigants. Legal extortion.
