He was actually a project manager for the house being built in North Vancouver. Just a house builder, that's it. It seemed like Cory was the Boss. Halfway through the job Ricardo disappeared. Cory said he had some personal issues come up and they bought him out. You could speculate for days on what really happened.
The Father of Cory's partner stepped in and finished managing the project. The new owners have kids that go to school with my kids. They couldn't reach Cory either. They just wanted a few things done on the house.
It seemed at the time that Con-X management was a one man operation. Ricardo has a press release saying they were planning to go to make 150 homes in a green community near Vancouver for Sarra Homes. It would take the biggest construction company in the region to do that.
According to Ricardo's linked in page, he now has a day job working for Fortis in Alberta.
