No one is talking about insider trading.

Are you confusing it with dilution?

All Shrira has ever done with this ticker is create the semblance of a company in order to sell shares.

If I had to guess, I'd say he's shopping the shell around.

He should just retire. Maybe that was what the trip to those European countries was about that he took on the shareholder's dime. Looking for a nice villa for him and the missus.
