Interesting stance to take, considering that Mark Leonard fudged financials and misled investors. Laugh at the Pacer reports, but they were the only real source of any information on TYTN for the past 6+ months. The bankruptcy of the company was revealed by PACER, while Lienard stayed completely silent until January, long after the fact.

The decision may have been their's to make, but with the fake news, fake financials and some cheerleaders giving them 65 reasons and counting, the real blame goes to Lienard and his fellow deceivers. Blaming the victims here is like having the mentality of saying, "She was asking for it".
