At the rate there going I would guess there anticipating a reverse split and of course it will continue from there down hill. Small companies like this usually keep selling shares to try to stay alive. Once they split there is no going back and the stock will die over and over again.

If management had any clue of how to operate a functional company and its stock and shareholders this would not be falling.

There is a very simple solution to this company and its problems short term.. Long Term will require a little tweeking.

When it gets down a little lower maybe I'll give him a call we can talk about how to revive this pig..
