Have held this stock for three + years and still have some purchased when it was at .0250.
Why it fell has been a mystery to all who held back then. Yes, I know many claim shorters don't bother with pennies, but I know better, and know it first hand. If there's a buck to be made, vultures in a boiler room will always be there.
Anyway, I rather think it was continually dragged down as investors holding long finally let go and took a bath. And, yes, with gold being steadily shorted on the world market, new blood didn't come forth. Thing is, even in 2011 and 2012 Andes boasted an asset to debt ratio of 6 to 1, which should have nullified any mystery. But it didn't.
So, my answer to your question is probably a non-answer. Why did AGCZ go from .07 to a micro? God only knows, . . . . and He ain't sayin'.
