i have never posted here before but have been watching the company and reading here for over a year now. have been following solar industry for almost 3 decades, however. i am by no means an expert re NENE....plenty i don't know. have been tempted to buy in, but am also not yet a shareholder.

my big questions here are 2-fold: in all the company has put out for public consumption, unless i am mistaken, i have seen NOTHING about the conversion efficiency of their product -- how well it actually converts light into electricity. also, no info about costs. wonderful in concept, but until there is clarity about those 2 issues there is no way conjecture whether the cost/watt of energy produced is anywhere in the ballpark of being an economical REAL WORLD solution.

i called the company when i first became interested and inquired about conversion efficiency and costs...and got nothing re these critical bottom line questions...and have seen nothing since. i thought we might get that type of info in this latest news release, but no.

until there is some kind of specificity re the above, i have no way to gauge whether the company has a real chance in that admittedly huge real-world marketplace...

any cogent thoughts out there re the above? with thanks in advance
