I looked...

I looked at the judges docket...I looked up the attorney of record representing HPGS and these BK proceedings...
I got nothing...

I can't believe people are selling at these levels either BUT I understand it...
They're watching losses grow and grow...I'd probably sell too in a situation where I was seeing 10% losses turn into >50% losses.


Hooper either has an inside track OR he copied and pasted some other court issue and tweeked it to make it look like an HPGS issue...

I don't know...
