A strong cash position for a company with a very strong pipeline, like Adxs, attracts institutional investors. It also strengthens the company's position in partnership discussions. That's why they raised the money without hurting. Aegis and Noble knew this of course and won't change their price targets of $10 plus. $$$$$$$
