EZ, i'm very suspicious myself with these OTC Stocks (feel free to check my posts), i really don't like the huge hype and the pumping or Price Tags etc. I like to stay with the Facts.

This Company got reinstated, got a name change and the Officer list was updated. Those are the Facts so far.

I'm really looking forward to get all the new Facts in Form of Filings too. But that'll take some time i guess.

The current SS is unknown as long as it isn't in a Filing or the Company updates the OTC Page, but the A/S wasn't raised per the NVSOS Filings.
Chance is high that the mentioned Numbers are true, imo.

Discl. I do have a long Position in this stock at a very comfortable price, just based on the early Facts that can be verified.
