We have a lot of new investors on the iHUB board. I’d like to welcome you to TRTC and tell you why I think you have chosen a great stock. First of all TRTC has a solid footing in the growing industry. With our new five acre green house in Bellvidere, NJ, TRTC can supply herbs and vegetables to a huge market on the East Coast. In addition to the greenhouse which the company owns and is fully paid off, the company has a working relationship and contracts with numerous growers throughout the country. These growers are selling Edible Gardens now but can easily change the seed to marijuana as soon as the laws are relaxed. This infrastructure is not available to any other stock company at this time. We are ready to go when legal to do so. In addition, we are taking in revenue which should approach the 2M for last year and increase exponentially in future years beyond on increased contracts and expanded facilities. This company has the revenues to continue to grow and expand as the law of the land changes to allow marijuana production and distribution on the medical and perhaps eventually on the recreational level. Even without any MJ growing at this current time, this company can maintain its PPS IMO.

But there is so much more to this company, first you should know about our agreement with NRTI to produce supplements based on marijuana based derivatives. NRTI has been assembling a team to create products based on these derivatives. With a team of four well respected scientists, the team will be in charge of creating formulation using marijuana oils and derivatives to create supplements for pain relief and a whole lot more. NRTI already produces the Martha Stewart brand of supplements and has connections to sales outlets nationwide. TRTC just purchased an extractor to remove oils from marijuana. This new research area will be located in Oakland, CA. This location just happens to be near the area where our CEO has a legal dispensary. So I see a pattern, I really like … marijuana currently available > extract oils> create pain relief supplements. So we are on the right track and will be ready to upscale the production very soon.
Then there is the possibility of a license in Nevada. TRTC has hired a lobbyist to help TRTC path to licensing. There are greenhouses already available to us in Nevada and Derek, our CEO, spends a lot of time there making sure all of the pieces come together as they should for a license. Licenses won’t be distributed probably until July, but TRTC wants to be a good position when that time arrives.

Let me mention a few things about the company. Our CEO comes from a business, investing background and is very much interested in the integrity of the company. None of the officers take any salary from the company at this point. So you will see company directors selling their stock for personal or other reasons. Since they have sold minor amounts of what they own, this is not a concern to me. The company has been very transparent. There are no fluff PRs and the management team is available to answer questions. Come out to the Open House at the Bellvidere faculty and meet them for yourself on April 16th.

Lastly, let me share some insight about the iHub Board. There are some very strong supporters of TRTC. I consider myself one of those people. Sometimes they sound a little too enthusiastic – you might think they are pumpers, but instead, they are passionate stock owners, many who have been with the company since $0.06. They love this company for is structure, its mission and its leadership. They have seen the company grow and they have visions of its potential. Claims of $5.00, or $10.00 or $100.00 are certainly in the realm of possibility, but should be tempered. No one really knows what will happen, but these supporters are in for the long haul.

Then there are the bashers and the flippers. Anyone who know anything about flipping wouldn’t waste their time on TRTC stock. The stock is too high priced and too low volume. Yes, they will make some money but you could make a lot more in other stocks IMO. The bashers remind me of the “bullies” in the school yard. They will say anything to start an argument. Perhaps some are teenagers, as has been suggested. They thrive in repeating the same topic over and over again. Even when a reasonable explanation is offered to their concern, it ‘s like they cannot comprehend the alternate idea. You will find them soon enough. Put them on “ignore” and your experience will be a lot more interesting. I don’t consider them entertaining, and I refuse to answer them. Anyone who does respond is just playing their game.

Let’s raise the level of awareness on the TRTC iHub board. Bring articles to the board to keep us all informed. Do your own DD. Ask reasonable questions after reading the stickies on the Bulletin board. There are a lot of informed people here to help you. So welcome to the Board. It’s a great group of people (IMO, for the most part.)
