to get information out to shareholders and requests into company that it resume USA filing of financial information.

Revenues could be AT OR ABOVE THE 100 million USD LEVEL** after AMOLED PRODUCTION starts, and they need to publish actual numbers: revenue and profit- at least on OTC website if not on EDGAR.

The CEO wants to do so after new factories built and in FULL production. So why not start now with conference calls and then OTC filings?

THIS COMPANY HAS A HUGE GROWTH STORY. IT CANNOT BE HIDDEN FROM THE GLOBAL MARKETS MUCH LONGER. LET THERE BE TRANSPARENCY!

** Look at the revenues states in the 2011 SEC filings for this company. They were around the 50 million USD level. It has begun production of LCD panels in 2012 and now Otter AV chairs in 2013. 2014 is the stated start date of AMOLED production. It all adds up!
