Shady History of RIGH CEO Aaron "Angel" Stanz..

For those new to RightSmile, here's a little taste of the activities Aaron (he now goes by "Angel") Stanz was involved in before he "reverse mergered" a company he invented on the spot, BG Medical Technologies, with RightSmile, a teeth-whitening... err..."company."

In February, 2009, RIGH's (now) CEO, at that time "Aaron" Stanz, was charged by the Illinois Attorney General with running a "phone cramming scam", placing unauthorized charges on consumers' phone bills through his company USCreditFind.

BUT EVEN AFTER THAT PLEA DEAL, Aaron/Angel morphed USCreditFind into USMusicfind, another scam, but stayed out of Illinois.

So when the BGMedTech site mentions a "branch office" in the Philippines, it is/was this freelance developer, Raul, who's available for $15 per hour.

And here's the link showing that USMusicFind.com, the successor to the scam USCreditFind from Angel's Codezero Media, was developed by "Raul" for USMusicFind/Codezero:

From there, it was a short hop to BudGenius.com, the next scam, STILL STUCK IN 2011!.



Perhaps "Raul" wasn't adequately compensated, and still holds the BudGenius.com source code, hence Angel's inability to update the "2011" pricing and 2012 Copyright. Just speculation, BUT THE BUDGENIUS WEBSITE'S SOURCE CODE HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED IN TWO YEARS!

When asked by getsmarter82 "what happened to USCreditFind after that case (the fraud charges by the Illinois Attorney General) was resolved?", Angel goes into a self-serving monologue that boils down to "Its time had passed, but I WROTE A WHITE PAPER!"

Wotta load of crap.

Angel claims the "home phone billing" business dried up, yet he went on to build, through Codezero Media, USMUSICFIND AFTER the Illinois case!

These complaints all came in OVER A YEAR AFTER Angel copped to the plea bargain deal for USCreditFind with The Illinois Attorney General.

So much for "home phone billing" having run its course.


This Due Diligence has been out here for some time. My2mustangs spoke of it long ago.

Understand that no "legal" conclusions can be drawn from this.... but MAN, it STINKS!!!


AND THIS IS THE MAN YOU'RE TRUSTING IF YOU BUY RIGH SHARES!
