The new solutions are expected to have a number of industry-leading features, such as integrated consumer-facing mobile marketing and payments functionalities for iOS and Android users, as well as a number of merchant-facing point-of-sale features.

Spindle acquired mobile marketing company Yowza!! in January, 2014. Once it's launched, Yowza!! will connect a community with 95,000 merchant outlets with the nearly two million consumers who have downloaded the app across the country.
