Yes Pitts, they are working on a new business
plan with 1 or 2 other Companies and right now
the overall setup of the new business and
corporate agreements is being heavily worked
on to be beneficial and fully approved by all
involved. I was informed yesterday that hopefully
positive news will be released to shareholders by
mid April that the deal has come together and is
going forward.
