Yes, but there is that opportunity for John Bourque holding a majority of BORKs that he can select and put into place board members that he can control.

As in, they will announce a restructuring of Bourque Industries that requires a reverse split 1,000:1 followed by issuance of new shares of which John Bourque will obtain once again majority holding.

This is "normal" play on the landscape of these penny companies.

Bourque Industries will be "born" again and the Kryron dog & pony show will once again travel and get the attention of new investors.

But then we have 2 or 3 years before John Bourque gets out of prison, and just maybe something unexpected will happen, for good or bad.
