CWIR is a company we have acquired and are currently in the process of restructuring. These courses of action are extremely intricate and take time and review from various regulatory agencies. We are confident this process will be completed by the end of March or first week in April of 2014. This process and business model has been in the making for some time and will be ground breaking in the public sector, whereas our group of companies are all traded and have symbols, allowing for public funding, enabling the companies to further expand and brand its holdings in a emerging marketplace with an explosive potential of returns to its share holders and core.
We are not interested in exploiting the market trend of the Cannabis stock boom! Our goal is to secure placement and start branding our trademarked names and our new products and services in to the market place. Growing the companies with the changes and ever expanding market that is emerging from this in a methodical and transparent system of well executed business acquisitions.
