He has accomplished a lot within the organizations he's work in it appears:

-Procter & Gamble, going from unit sales manager (looking after 3 employees) all the way to vice pres of Canada then on to vp of emerging international markets (Asia Pacific, Latin America and Canada).

-6 year at Smashbox (Estee Lauder)

My estimates put him in mid 50's, so I imagine he has a quite a few good miles left in him... here's hoping anyways
