It is grey sheets. NO THEY DO NOT!!!! MM's do not keep a market with grey sheet stocks. It's a "trade for trade" between shareholders. MM's do not even have to follow a system for pps trading. It's however they feel like doing it. Grey sheets are the unregulated graveyard

Oh yes, I remember quite clearly. They most certainly DO!
