From the http://wind-zero.com web site I read the following:
"WindZero develops advanced ballistic solutions by using the newest material technologies... If you need [a] system to stop a particular round, our engineers will work with you to find a solution."
My question is wondering if WindZero does research and development into creating alloys for their own proprietary ballistic plates protected by trademarks, patents and copyrights stuff using a lawyer?
Once again, and hopefully this could be a positive direction for Bourque Industries, I'm going to say that the Kryron patents are fully intact, lacking nothing essential in instructions to make a Kryron alloy.
Here I isolate the resulting properties of a Kryron alloy produced from another run of the Kryron Process using a "secret dust" of differing components.
By this I mean that the importance reside in the process delineated by the patents such that already existing alloy creating processes can not duplicate the internal structure exhibited by the Kryron alloy created.
To be clear about this in regards to the discussions of the secret dust used, as to me this association within the Kryron patents is a necessary, but external addition needed having a makeup that is determined separately and arbitrarily by those using the Kryron Process.
By this I mean that only a very few Kryron alloys produces have any properties suitable for usage in products.
Knowing that you have been present and somewhat active from the intersection of events and people that lead to this Bourque Industries, perhaps you could get involved and bring together the people that set in motion the events that lead to this Kryron and have WindZero involved such that Kryron can be advanced and obtain a market presents.
If a Kryron alloy can help WindZero obtain a superior "advanced ballistic solution" in the marketplace, then everyone wins.
Guess I'm asking if WindZero has the ability to supply the time, cash and personnel to look into Kryron and obtain exclusive rights to it use.
Thanks, Doug
