LRDR has a few updates coming per the company...

I spoke to 2 guys on 2 separate phone calls to the company:
John Jay & Eman Khatam... Said they were consultants helping the company raise money & that CEO (Robert Gardner) was busy & not available...
They offered to help me answer any questions I had... & they did!!!

*He didn't deny the MMJ/Marijuana rumors & did say the company is looking to increase shareholder value in the very near future... & I should watch for filings & company news...

*They've reduced their debt completely.

*Their Mining operation is doing well & it's a producing Mine...

*They have no Convertibles.

*Said S-8 is already completed, and no more S-8 Shares to hit the market.

*The Company is working on another acquisition they can't talk about just yet (since it's not public info). They'll be securing it all Cash!
