I've followed that newsletter and 007 for years. They always disclaim anything they do. I am also on their chat room. If they had shares they would disclaim having a position in it as it the legal requirement. Newsletters take that very seriously as failing to do so can result in jail and serious trouble - think if penny chaser a few years ago.

I have received their newsletters and SMS at 9:30 and not before and I follow them closely as they've been active on MJ plays and momo plays.

Please show us the newsletter you got and help shed some light on this.
