Qone0, KGJI, this is a chinese RTO , entered public trading by buying up an empty shell corp and reissueing shares. There was a crash in these type stocks in 2011 and that was the drop from over 10 to under 1. As far as forking this thing, I couldn't find a favorable placement in a 1 yr chart so I backed up, from 2009 ther's some TLs that seem to be still being respected although the green fork seems OK. The best low risk would be to test the lower tine which is a ways down. I would keep tight leash on entries with this.
