No. The scammer having no more shares to dump, doing a R/S does reduce the number of O/S but not the number of A/S.

Our crook here now has plenty of A/S to sell without having to do anything to have the number increased.

However our theif has scewed the market so much that she most likely have difficulties finding new victims out there.
