Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. (OTC: BCND) announced on March 20, 2014, that it joined OTC Markets Inc.'s Disclosure and News Service to enable it to provide information to shareholders pursuant to an Alternative Reporting Standard. Over the next few weeks, the Company expects to file its Initial Disclosure statement based on its financial statements ending on December 31, 2013. Joining the OTC Disclosure and News Service will help the Company disseminate information and bring transparency to a wide audience of shareholders, market data distributors, investment databases, media outlets, and broker-dealers.
In addition, the Company announced that it changed transfer agents to Pacific Stock Transfer. The Company no longer uses the services of Signature Stock Transfer. Shareholders needing the services of the transfer agent may contact Pacific Stock Transfer at:
