steve, if the oil business was easy then everyone would be in it. Looks like they have worked through the problems and are now ready to begin full operations again. Investing in any stock is a gamble but certainly a much much higher risk when investing in a penny oil stock. For speculation now would be the time to accumulate this stock, not dump it. JMOFWIW.
