Maybe people should figure out WHICH of this guy's LLC's are inclded in APT Group, Inc.
before giving out these WAGs about all their assets etc.

I think it is entirely possible that Covey holds title to the building/property in a LLC
that is NOT included in the APT Group Corporation...
That way he can pay rent to himself, which he uses to pay the Mortgage on the property;
and should the Corporation go belly up, he still owns the property.
Wouldn't that be the SMART thing to do???

So tell me how it was determined that APT Group...the company that is allegedly merging with FROZ,
OWNS the building???

My guesses based on assets (assembly plant, research and development plant, all equipment and machinery located at these locations, products and inventory on hand, trademarks and patents owned)

And remember how I said APT has a problem with OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER???
(becuz there are many people who have STILL not received the SmartCarb they pre-ordered last fall; and they have been strung along with umpteen different delivery dates)
