Why that 1:20 R/S didn't go through in 09/2013?

As it has been explained before, the Reverse Split didn't go through because the SEC did not allow it to go through. The Preliminary Schedule 14C Information Statement never cleared comments, which means they were never legally permitted to reverse split the stock.

Which explains the Form 15 filed with the SEC. If that becomes effective, they can reverse split the stock and effectively wipe out all the old shareholders before beginning their next pump and dump operation.
