yikes is right, especially since I had no time to really think about what to sell, just do it so it would settle, and was barely functioning mentally period. John had all along wanted to pay cash, so I guess it was a compromise in the end, less interest down the road, still paying it off early, and yet kept a lot in the accounts to keep rolling in divies, etc., making more money with the 40% not put in the house in cash, than what the interest was, so coming out ahead with it figured as an interest-free loan any-hoo.
Anyway, you never answered the question about Calif having an ABC?
