from an earnings perspective, a balance sheet perspective and an equity perspective. Their largest asset is a note from another stinky pinky that has no hope of paying it off.

Then there's the convertible, extra-super voting preferred and the limited partnerships that may, or may not be owned by the public company. At the very least, a significant ownership stake is held by the insiders at CAVR.

It's a clusterf*%& if you ask me.
