Great list....the two I like for different reasons from the list are IDST and LVVV. I would argue that this wave is going to go on for many years as state after state falls in line due to the tax benefits, medical evidence/reasons, and just the wave of acceptance and popularity.

My two bits...glad to offer more if after a brief read anybody wants to exchange ideas.
