Recent content is inaccurate

Hello TSOI board,

I am writing this post in regards to some recent posts, and some content in the header of the page, that frankly is inaccurate. I do appreciate the enthusiasm and don't want to extinguish that fire, but we need to get some facts straight.

First off, in regards to the authorized shares of Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc. The actual number is 699,999,999 - not 750,000,000. The authorized was changed in a Definitive 14A Proxy that was filed on 9/24/2012 with a closing date of 10/11/2012.

The next item has to do with Dr. Barry Glassman. Dr. Glassman has no involvement in medical marijuana issues and neither does the company. Please delete these posts which reference him being involved in MM.

The next item has to do with the Sleepwell product. In our last 10Q we stated the following:

"We have not yet begun to market the Sleepwell™ hardware. We are continuing to evaluate the effect of a competitor’s patent claims."

We continue to evaluate the patent issues surrounding the sleepwell product and have not begun to commercialize this IP.

We appreciate your attention to these details. I have not previously posted on this forum and it's highly unlikely i will do so again, so please don't ask me to comment on matters that are not in the public purview.
