i am a rather large gdtk shareholder and have not received any converted stocks. i did ask etrade, where i have the stock, about this and this is what they responded with on 2/20/14
"After reviewing the situation, I see that GDT Tek has a pending merger with Kleangas. The reorganization is still preliminary and there are not any dates specified. It looks like it will be 1 for 17. As soon as we receive the Kleangas Shares, they will post to your account." so, it looks like we won't be getting the new shares anytime soon. at least that is my suspicion. you know as soon as they convert them everyone is going to sell. the last time they did this (yes this has happened before), by the time we received the new stocks they were pretty much worthless followed by a string of false hope for years to follow. wish i could be optimistic, but this has been going on for 3 previous stock symbol changes and almost 10 years.
