How did you get the stock transfer company to take the old GDTK shares and swap for KGET shares? I purchased GDTK through ShareBuilder, and they (SB customer service) are saying they cannot provide the old shares for exchange of the new until the "corporate action" is completed, and they receive information that it is completed. She then told me that since GDTK was delisted, she doesn't see how it will even be possible to exchange the shares with the stock transfer company for the KGET shares. She is having a different department look into it, and they will get back to me. When I contacted the stock transfer company, the woman in the securities department confirmed that she is exchanging the shares, but cannot do it until the old stock certificates are sent to her ...ShareBuilder is telling me they cannot send stock certificates for a delisted company, so now sure how I can get around this ...hopefully the other department at ShareBuilder thats looking into it will have an answer. How did you get around this???
