I called Kimberly. I thought that the forced conversion had not yet occurred yet and that the preferred shares will still being paid a dividend and that was a drag on the PPS.

She stated that some were getting paid a dividend, which was guaranteed, and still are. Many have sold shares along the way and had cashed in their chips so to speak.

She did note that if we went to the filings we could see that that large institutions were increasing their shares during this downturn in the price of gold(last year and a half). I think the short term we are seeing a small correction in the price in gold.
