With over 7.4 billion shares issued, an unlimited number of authorized shares and remaining administratively dissolved by the WY SoS, new life that would help current IDCN shareholders does not seem likely.

However, it would not surprise me to see Ken Ash revive the corporation to do a reverse split and try to sell new shares. Unfortunately such an action would likely wipe out the interest of most of the current shareholders.
