It is the real deal. The US imports were ok, but then we got switched to the Canadian, when they bought out Molson or someone, Moosehead, someone, and it was a rough decade until those barrels got seasoned right. Not too bad now but...

Anyway way behind but I have my corned beef and cabbage in the belly and ready to go. Trying to catch up with the washing down part...
