What you have asked me to explain is something I would consider a true mystery, based on the current documentation publicly available I turned up. I can only provide what I have and have not found. You may be able to fill in the holes of what appears NOT to be publicly available, or disclosed.

To start, the 10-Q you have referenced indicates "Shamika 2 Gold" is incorporated in Nevada under the heading "State or other jurisdiction of incorporation or organization". A search of "entity by name" on the Nevada Secretary of State site turns up no entity by that name. When a search by an "officer name" of "Henry Riedi" (signatory to the referenced 10-Q) the search result is the RKO RESOURCES pages I have provided the links to. This leads me to understand "Shamika 2 Gold" is unlikely to have ever been registered in Nevada, although you are certainly welcome to provide any filed Nevada documentation to the contrary, proving that Nevada recognizes Shamika 2 Gold as a corporate entity. Also searching Nevada's site for Shamica's claimed formerly known name of "Aultra Gold, Inc" provides "no results" as well.

Mysteriously when one goes back even more to older 10-Qs, the name NEW WORLD ENTERTAINMENT CORP. is used prior to Aultra Gold, and that name Nevada records indicate was "merge dissolved" effective 5/1/'06 ;

The things consistent on all the SEC filed 10-Qs "06 forward are; the EINs (#98-0448154, [IRS Employer Identification No]), the claimed State of jurisdiction (Nevada) and commission file number (333-126748, Aultra Gold forward).

I however can say with certainty from my quick review, this company has changed it's name often, has also quite obviously diluted common shares shamelessly, and with apparently nothing tangible to show for it, excluding what I consider to be the kind of toxic debt that in most instances only forces further dilution at a rapid pace.

Best of luck with this one, no thank you for me, way too much smoke and mirrors...
