Tough day for the metals and most miners today, with no exception for VGZ. I'd think, at least on the surface, that all the talk of Russian sanctions imposed by the US and their counter threat of dumping their dollars (converting to other currencies) and not paying back loans made from various US banks, would be favorable to hard assets such as the precious metals.

Maybe folks are waiting for the threats to escalate and get more solidified before any appreciable positive moves take place? Guess we'll have to see how all this plays out and whether a war is started.
