I think we can all agree that current management is more capable than the previous 2. But as you mentioned current management recently raised $4mm to keep the lights on and I'm hearing that the next round will be 2.5 times that. Whomever is being courted right now to invest $10mm in a company that has a mkt cap of sub $30mm is going to damn well ask for more than 33% of the company and a crap ton of warrants to boot. so if the end goal to these investors is to get 5x investment the end valuation of the company MIGHT be $1 a share assuming they get this done at 20 cents. $1 is a kick in the balls if you ask me
