Dilution has one purpose, to create shareholder value. Under prior management, you probably needed a good dentist. These were experts in the destruction of shareholder wealth. Every capital raise was lower than the previous.
Under current leadership, you had one raise for 4 million dollars at .20. At the time of that announcement the stock was trading in the .40 area, and the price barley budged! THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING. And as of today, the price is trading almost 2.5 times
over that last offering.
