The company has been revoked by the State of Nevada, and is still very delinquent in their SEC filing obligations. The SEC could revoke the stock and make it permanently worthless at any time.


Perhaps you need to check your supposed "facts". SHMX FILED A 10Q with the SEC on 2/19/14 which shows them as being incorporated in the STATE OF NEVADA.
