Insiders don't need to buy stock - they can vote to print stock and dilute us all - they can pay themselves in stock - they have not done that (thank goodness) but instead are buying stock (apparently with promissory notes - from the filings) to try and keep the price from falling post split - It is not working - post split price is falling - the "Q" is LATE so it is probably bad. I am hanging in due to the fact they have not diluted but without real volume from real buyers this is going down.......
