MMs have been shorting DSCR (MM-NITE is the master...controlling ATDF, CDEL, & CSTI)~ They expected the CEO would cash out on his 1 bil restricted shares (once it becomes unrestricted...like most POS SCAM CEOs)...BUT instead, he gave up (scarified) his shares back to the co. or treasury~ Shorting MMs/brokerages or investment firms are betting on the wrong side...LOL!

They have been short-selling...making it looks like dilution or some big trader(s) selling for cheap (Shorting MMs heavily have been manipulating...deceiving newbies and those who have not been observing the level II daily)...
