It has... and don't you think I can read a headliner?... it has to do with industry awareness... as yahoo news is bigger this days then any channel select TV station out there.. people watch sports, movies, reality shows or who know what on TV... having yahoo bringing it upfront on each and every PC that has yahoo news as a default webpage is big...it only means that are parties involved that want faster public awareness to speed up national legalization process... duh...by advertising the benefits of having a hefty tax revenue stream coming from taxes...

creates buzz when there was none... and curiosity to read more into it where there is no "health" issue the would put mj on a need to know list of regular healthy person calendar...
I might be be wrong but I wonder how many people in US don't know what MJ really is and the many benefits of it???
